We, the LUNA PARK initiative, have been regularly carrying out voluntary service projects as part of the European Solidarity Corps for years. The European Solidarity Corps is a great opportunity for young people to volunteer for a social and diverse Europe and to strengthen social cohesion throughout Europe. Our volunteers support us in our diverse project work in the field of extracurricular education for children, teenagers and young adults, which also involves families and the neighborhood in the district and ensures greater cultural and social participation.
To ensure that we can continue to offer our volunteers a place where they feel at home during their time with us, we are looking for host families in Berlin who have the desire and space to take in a volunteer for a longer period of time. By doing so, you enable a young person to experience a new culture and make new friends, and you may even gain a new family member!
For the accommodation of our volunteers, we are now also looking for individual rooms in shared apartments in Berlin, or for an entire apartment (three rooms) to rent from the beginning of 2025 at the latest.
